CrossFit Group Classes
What is CrossFit? CrossFit allows ordinary people to become more fit and sexy than they ever imagined possible. It is a short, intense workout anyone can do. The workout is different every day. You have a coach, so it’s like personal training but you do it in small group of people who quickly become your best friends. Best of all, it’s the fastest, most effective way to look and feel incredible.
Why Crossfit? CrossFit will allow you to lose weight, look better, feel better, and even make new friends. It’s the best way to become the best version of you.
One on One Training
We strongly believe our style of training is for everyone. Group training may not be. Some of our clients prefer to train full time or part time with their own dedicated coach. Also, if someone has an injury or other unique circumstance, they may to prefer to train in a private setting.
Nutritional Coaching
It's been said that you can't out-train a bad diet. Also, CrossFit has stated from the beginning that nutrition is the foundation of health and fitness. We find that many of our new athletes have very poor eating habits and very little knowledge about nutrition. To leverage the CrossFit training methodology to the utmost, we highly suggest addressing your nutrition first. As part of our "Introduction to CrossFit" program, you'll receive a free nutrition consultation. We also offer limited and full time nutrition accountability services. We also offer nutrition accountability to anyone who needs it regardless if they use us for fitness training or not. 
Introduction to CrossFit
Our Introduction to CrossFit course consists of 2 personal training sessions to teach you the movements that we do in CrossFit. Each teaching session will end with a short CrossFit workout so you can get a taste for what a normal class will feel like. It allows you to learn at your pace with 100% of a coach's attention. At the end of the course, you'll be ready to safely and confidently join our group classes. You will also receive a free nutrition consultation with this course. This course is required for clients with no previous CrossFit experience. Sessions are outside of class hours at your convenience.

Hi I'm David Simcox. I started doing CrossFit 10 years ago at CrossFit Hardcore in Boca Raton, FL and Eva started shortly thereafter. I started doing CrossFit as a hobby and it quickly became my passion. I became a certified coach 6 years ago. I started this gym because I love sharing my passion for training and I love helping people get better. My goal is to make your time here the best hour of your day!

Personal Training at your home/office: $150/hour

8 Classes per month: $99
